According to the official Design Sheets, they are called by numbers - roman numbers actually:

- Leader (cyan) is DD Girl I.
- Green girl is DD Girl II.
- Pink girl (my favourite) is DD Girl III.
- Purple girl is DD Girl IV.
- Red girl is DD Girl V.
